3. The tokenized data is discarded immediately after the processing is complete. No image data, face data, or tokenized data is stored or retained on our servers or by third-party services.

We do not collect or store raw images, face data, or personally identifiable information from uploaded images.

How do we use your information?

• We use Kontext Pro, a secure third-party service, to process tokenized images temporarily. Kontext Pro processes data in memory and deletes all information immediately after the image enhancement is complete.

• Kontext Pro does not retain, store, or share any face data or images with other parties.

• No face data, tokenized data, or raw images are stored on our servers or shared with unauthorized third parties.

How long is face data or uploaded image data retained?

Uploaded images and related face data are retained only for the duration of the processing session. Once the image restoration process is completed:

1. The tokenized data is permanently discarded.

2. No face data or tokenized images are stored on our servers or third-party servers.

How do we protect your information?

Your personal information and uploaded images are handled with the utmost care. We implement the following security measures:

• All uploaded images are tokenized immediately to ensure non-identifiability.

• Tokenized data is processed securely in memory during the restoration session and discarded immediately after.

• No sensitive data is stored or retained on our servers.

• We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all communications between users and our servers during the upload process.

• Our third-party provider, Kontext Pro, complies with industry standards for secure data processing.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer users' Personally Identifiable Information or image data to outside parties.
